In 2024, Rowad Al Balad General Contracting Company successfully executed a comprehensive Form Work Project for DOKA, encompassing fabrication, supply, and painting of high-precision steel formwork systems. Designed to support major civil construction operations, the project demonstrated our expertise in delivering durable and dimensionally accurate formwork solutions tailored to client specifications.

Our engineering team ensured that every component was fabricated to precise tolerances, allowing seamless assembly, structural stability, and reusability. The formwork was fabricated using high-grade steel, treated for superior strength and rigidity to meet demanding site conditions and repetitive use cycles.

Execution and Quality Assurance

The fabrication phase was carried out at our advanced workshop facility, equipped with CNC cutting, welding, and finishing systems. Each component underwent a multi-layer surface treatment and industrial-grade painting process to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.

Our QA/QC team conducted dimensional inspections, weld testing, and coating thickness verification to ensure compliance with project standards and DOKA’s specifications. The completed formwork units were delivered on schedule, ensuring smooth integration with site construction activities.
